At Karmatic, we believe that the most valuable brand-customer relationships are built on listening, not broadcasting. Based in Miami, FL, our platform was designed to bridge the gap between enterprise-level brand management and the unique, organic ecosystem of Reddit. We help businesses discover where they are being discussed so they can engage with their customers authentically, manually, and responsibly.
Unlike automated growth tools that rely on bots or mass-messaging, Karmatic is a Read-Only utility.
We act as a listening post for professional PR and Customer Success teams.
We provide the insights, but the interaction is always led by a human.
By deep-linking directly to Reddit, we encourage brands to become genuine members of the communities they serve.
Karmatic wasn’t built in a vacuum. Our founding team consists of long-standing Reddit contributors, moderators of established subreddits, and developer advocates who have spent over a decade navigating the platform.
We understand that Reddit is a place for people, not just data points. That is why we have built Data Stewardship into our DNA, implementing 48-hour transient caches and a strictly read-only architecture to respect the privacy of users and the integrity of the platform.
Transparency is our standard. We are proud to operate as a transparent partner within the Reddit developer ecosystem.
